For existing users that can access Altotree Control Panel, please create a ticket. In the case that it is urgent please mark the ticket as such.

For existing users that cannot access the Altotree Control panel, please email support@altotree.com detailing your issue.

Our typical response time using this method is 15 minutes, with 6 hours maximum.

 

For urgent priority issues

 

Please email alert@altotree.com detailing your issue; alternatively please call

+6128006ALTR. If your call is not answered immediately please leave a message including :


  1. Your username
  2. The IP address of the server you are on
  3. The problem you are facing
  4. A number we can call you back on

and we will return your call as soon as humanly possible!
